Job Description:
The senior pastor has primary responsibility for adult teaching in the church, which includes Sunday morning preaching, Sunday morning adult discussion/classes on a rotating basis with the other elders, and probably leading a mid-week group out of the home that would include a teaching element. The pastor is responsible for coordinating and running bi-monthly elders meetings, and is to take the lead in discipleship and equipping the body for ministry. There is not currently any paid staff for the office, so there are some administrative tasks that fall to the pastor.
