Job Description:
Bridges is a unique, multicultural body of 1600+ believers with multiple venues and services (English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Deaf, and Filipino) that enable us to reach the diverse array of cultures found in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a community of believers devoted to living out the Gospel of Jesus Christ as well as sharing His Gospel with others. In light of this purpose, we are seeking God’s wisdom in finding a Pastor of Spiritual Formation.

The purpose of this position is to help every adult influenced by Bridges to become a maturing, reproducing disciple of Jesus Christ. In order to achieve this goal, the primary responsibilities of the position will be:

• Shepherding our 70+ (English-speaking) small groups
• Overseeing Bridges Pathways, a series of classes aimed at moving adults toward full maturity in Christ
• Partnering with our Senior Pastor to provide biblical, clear, relevant preaching
