Job Description:
As part of our Technical Team, you will participate in planning, set-up, operation and maintenance of audio, video, and lighting equipment for Sunday and Wednesday worship services, conferences, and special events. This position will have a strong emphasis on Audio.

This position is designed for a self-initiating, motivated, problem-solving action-oriented person. Organization and administration are a must with the flexibility to follow the leader-of-the-day, respond quickly and efficiently to on-call situations.

TALENTS & ABILITIES:
•Minimum of 3 years experience in FOH mixing for Live/Worship setting
•Experience in audio/video/lighting equipment setup, installation, maintenance and operation
•Experience with MAC OSX, Windows XP, and Vista
•Knowledge of large format audio consoles
•Excellent initiative, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
•Possess a servant’s heart
•Ability to work under pressure while maintaining deadlines
•An effective troubleshooter with a cool head
•Preferred experience in
oLive tracking and recording
oStudio tracking, mixing and overdubbing


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
•FOH Engineer for Sunday and Wednesday services, conferences, and special events
•Assist in maintaining Audio, Video, and Lighting equipment for service and security
•Assist other ministries with Technical needs as directed
•Provide Audio expertise for purchases, installations and outside events
•Setup, install, maintain, and operate audio/video/lighting systems equipment as needed


Schedule: 20-25 hours per week
Will require evening and weekend work to support various events and functions.
Currently weekly services includes Sunday and Wednesday worship services, and Thursday rehearsals.

Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate
Based on experience and qualifications.
