Mission Hills Church is actively looking for a proven visionary leader to come along-side a group of like-minded Christ-Followers, who's passion is to love God and love their neighbor.

Mission Hills Church is located in Mission Viejo, Ca., which is in South Orange County, and we are affliated with the Conservative Baptist Association. Our church is a group of unified, optimistic and dedicated Christ-Followers who are working hard to reach people where they are and help them grow as they seek to live like Jesus.

You will be:

*Passionate and gifted about casting and communicating vision
*Creative in content and delivery of relevant weekly messages that equally touches the new believer and long time Christ
Follower.
*Deep desire to communicate the Gospel to the unchurched in our community
*Instrumental in leading and developing staff on a personal, professional and spiritual level.
*Team player in brainstorming new message series ideas
*Accountable to an elder board
