High School Ministry Director

Job Description:: A thriving youth ministry with a capable and committed volunteer team is looking for a great youth pastor. The church is in Southfield, MI and draws from local public schools as well as having a large contingent from its own Christian high school. The next director will need to be a gifted communicator, capable of administration, a team developer and leader, and someone who loves students. His job will be a stage role, a leader of leaders and a pastor to the students. Beyond specific gifts and chemistry with the existing volunteers, this person will work closely with a wonderful paid staff team as well. The Young Adults Pastor as well as the Middle School Director and Assistant will work very closely with the high school director. This person will need the following: EXPERIENCE leading a youth ministry in a significant way, a Bachelor's DEGREE from a Bible College at minimum, and DOCTRINE consistent with that of the church (highlandparkbaptist.com).
