Job Description:
The Minister of Youth & Family leads by weaving relationship building, mentoring and spiritual instruction into all activities offered for youth including: worship, ministry, mission, fellowship, retreats and outreach activities. He/she casts vision; leads and disciples others; involves youth and adults in developing ministry programs and activities. Additionally works closely with the pastors and the Director of Children's Ministry to develop programming and ministry opportunities that strengthen and develop families. The Minister of Youth & Family has oversight responsibility for junior high through college age ministries.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in an appropriate course of study; preferred Master's degree or completed work towards graduate level degree.
3-5 years experience serving in Youth Ministry.
Demonstrated leadership experience, ability to multi-task and provide oversight to details necessary to move toward established goals.
